SYNOPSIS:

During the Portuguese Colonial War, still very young, Carlos travels alone to Porto to continue his studies, leaving his parents behind in the village, while his brother Luís is sent to fight in Guinea.

Years later, life plays a cruel trick on him: Carlos returns to his hometown and leaves his dreams behind. Lost and aimless, between the waters flowing from the mountains and an unexpected innocence, something changes the course of his life. Yet, not everything was as it seemed.
